Dialer

Bennett DeLoney & Noyes, P.C. (BDN), CT Center Dialer is a fully integrated, multi-faceted predictive dialer that can include outbound/inbound CTI/IVR functionality. Predictive Dialing (PD), Interactive Communication (IC) Outbound and Inbound modules operate individually or simultaneously. With integrated call recording features, it provides efficiency, accuracy and accountability.

Data Security

BDN utilizes the latest firewall and Intrusion protection system technology to ensure the privacy and security of data. We employ an enforced gateway client antivirus and spyware solution for maximum effectiveness and limit web access to those with legitimate business purposes. Web access for skip tracing and contact is the only allowed web service for the majority of our users.

Database

BDN’s collections software is a highly efficient open source database. It is a model that has been professionally customized by our in house programmers to meet our needs and more importantly our clients’ needs.

Physical Security

BDN uses the latest in technology (card and PIN reader) to ensure that access in our facilities is by authorized personnel only. In addition, we have 12 closed circuit cameras throughout the offices including the collection floors, server room, and financial office.
