Michael B. Bennett, Esq.

Mr. Bennett has been practicing law since 1990. His formal education includes a B.S. (Accounting, 1985), M.B.A. (1990), and a J.D. (1990), all from Brigham Young University. He has worked in both large corporate environments and in public accounting and law firms. Since 1993, his primary practice has been in the area of commercial and collection law.

As a member of NARCA since its founding in 1993, along with membership in the Commercial Law League and ACA’s MAP Program, Mike has always been active in the national collections law arena. In addition, he is a past chair of the Utah Bar’s collection section, and is a member of both the Utah and the Oregon Bar. Mike is the Chairman of the Board for a local symphony and chorus, is involved in numerous charities, and is an avid cyclist (mountain and road). His three children are the joy of his life.

Richard H. DeLoney, Esq.

Mr. DeLoney graduated with Juris Doctor and Masters of Public Administration degrees from Brigham Young University in 1989. He started in the collection industry in 1992 and has remained in this area of practice since. Mr. DeLoney has served as the past president of the Collection Section of the Utah State Bar. He currently serves on the Professionalism Liaison Committee of the Utah State Bar. Mr. DeLoney is a member of The National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys (NARCA) and of the American Collector Associations Member Attorney Program. Mr. DeLoney has taught seminars on industry topics to various groups including the State Bar Association.

Rich enjoys sports and the outdoors. He and his wife Jennifer are the proud and busy parents of four children, all under 8 years old.

Ronald J. Noyes, Esq

Ron graduated with a BA from BYU in 1990 and with a JD from Whittier College School of Law in 1994. In law school he was an Associate Justice of Moot Court Honors Board and participated in several Moot Court Competitions throughout the country and was charged with forming teams for these competitions. Ron received American Jurisprudence Award in Real Property and Uniform Commercial Code.

Ron admitted to practice law in 1994. He formed a law firm which engaged in debt recovery along with general civil litigation and corporate law. He was general counsel for multiple international companies wherein he conducted multiple international transactions in both the US and Asia. Ron transitioned exclusively to debt recovery in 2002. He presented seminars on the practice and processes of debt recovery litigation to various groups and bar associations.

Ron is a member of the Utah state bar association, the Utah state bar association collection section, the Utah Trial Lawyers Association, Member Attorney Program of the American Collection Association, American Bar Association, and the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys.
